Role Description

The main objective of this role is to persuade clients to pay their outstanding debts through negotiation and payment plan arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Contact clients via telephone or other electronic means to discuss their outstanding debts and payment options.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all communications with clients.
  • Collect payments and process them according to company policies and procedures.
  • Follow up with clients who have not made payments as scheduled.
  • Update company databases and report on collections activity.
  • Collaborating with other team members, including supervisors, to improve collections strategies and meet goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience required
  • Preferably with experience in Banking/Financial Services
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
