Your Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain scalable, full-stack applications using Go, NodeJS, and Vue3.
  • Work alongside product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to turn business needs into reliable technical solutions.
  • Lead design and development efforts, maintaining high coding standards and best practices.
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues as they arise.
  • Stay current with new tools and technologies to help improve systems and processes.
  • Collaborate on system architecture and long-term technical planning.
  • Take ownership of your work and drive continuous improvement across the team.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience; at least 2 years in a senior full-stack position
  • Advanced skills in Go, NodeJS, Vue3, and TypeScript; Laravel knowledge is a plus
  • Experience building full-stack systems including REST APIs, event-driven architecture, cloud integrations, and Elasticsearch
  • Strong background in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and test automation
  • Proven leadership in seeing projects through from planning to deployment
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems, domain-driven design, and scalable software architecture
  • Familiar with agile workflows and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong communication skills — able to explain complex tech clearly
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up in Makati
  • Amenable to work on a dayshift schedule
