Job Description: You'll play a crucial role in modernizing financial operations for a growing company. This position offers the unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge Accounting Seed technology while ensuring accurate financial records during a critical transition period. You'll be instrumental in establishing new processes and maintaining financial integrity as the company scales.

Schedule:

  • 20+ hours per week
  • Client Timezone: Australian Eastern Time (NSW)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily bookkeeping operations using the Accounting Seed ERP system
  • Support integration between Accounting Seed and the  existing Salesforce CRM
  • Handle accounts payable, reconciliation, and invoicing processes
  • Enter orders, purchasing transactions, and general accounting entries
  • Assist with data migration from the legacy accounting system to the new ERP
  • Support financial year-end processes (July 1st year-end cycle)
  • Maintain accurate financial records during the system transition period
  • Collaborate on ERP implementation and process optimization

Requirements:

  • Prior experience with the Accounting Seed system (Salesforce-based ERP)
  • Strong foundation in bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Experience with ERP implementations and data migration projects
  • Knowledge of accounts payable, reconciliation, and standard accounting processes
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM integration capabilities
  • Bonus if you have experience with system transitions
