Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field is required.
  • With proven experience in marketing commercial properties, including malls, mixed-use developments or lifestyle centers.
  • With strong grasp of branding, positioning and placemaking strategies to attract customers and destination value.
  • Has experience in project launches, campaigns and lease-up support.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing (Facebook/Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
  • Capable of crafting compelling narratives and presentations to position the property as prime commercial destination.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with designers, video editors, photographers and advertising agencies.
  • Ability to plan activations and events to drive foot traffic and brand awareness.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated and comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively and allocate resources to maximize impact.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and analyze competitor strategies.
  • Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Manage and motivate a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and activities align with the company's brand identity.
  • Lead and motivate a team, guiding them towards achieving marketing goals.
