Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across targeted market
  • Prepare business proposals, pitch presentations, pricing strategies and negotiate deals to close new contracts
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
  • Set and achieve sales and revenue targets by executing effective business development plans and tracking personal KPIs
  • Plan and execute effective lead generations strategies
  • Manage sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure
  • Collaborate with internal team (operations, production, finance, etc) to align sales strategies and optimize service offerings

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a service-oriented or a solutions company or relevant industry
  • Efficient lead generation and prospecting skills with hands-on experience using modern lead generation tools.
  • Proficient in using modern lead generations platform/s
  • Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills with a consultative, value-driven selling approach
  • Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity and existing network with the following industries is an advantage
