Job Type: Commission-Based with Performance Allowance

About the Role:

Are you passionate about sales and travel? Join our team as a Travel Business Partner and start your journey toward becoming a future franchise owner This role is perfect for motivated individuals who excel in online sales and are ready to lead and develop a team of agents in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell travel products and services primarily through online channels (chat, Facebook page, and other social media platforms).
  • Expand your sales portfolio by offering insurance products (life, non-life, HMO, memorial) and other lifestyle products (food, health, beauty, clothing, digital products).
  • Focus on achieving travel sales targets—your performance evaluation will be based on your success in travel sales.
  • Actively engage with potential clients via Facebook Messenger, Viber, and other messaging platforms.
  • Utilize traditional sales methods (face-to-face, telemarketing) as needed.
  • Create and share engaging content using online graphic tools such as Canva.
  • Consistently track and improve your sales performance.
  • Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales agents to help them achieve their targets and develop their skills.
  • Provide ongoing support, coaching, and guidance to agents under your supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Must have previous sales experience (required).
  • Experience in managing or training agents or a sales team is a strong advantage.
  • Must have a computer and internet connection at home.
  • High school graduate or higher.
  • Experience in the travel agency or travel industry is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with social media and online messaging platforms (Facebook, Messenger, Viber, etc.).
  • Skilled in using Canva or similar online graphic design tools.
  • Strong passion for selling, leadership, and customer engagement.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and results-oriented.
  • Patient, persistent, and willing to invest time in prospecting and team development.
  • Having your own transport (motorcycle or the ability to drive one) is a plus.
  • Must be a resident of Novaliches and willing to report in our Novaliches Office.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Commission-based earnings with performance-based allowance and incentives.
  • No basic salary; however, fixed allowances are available for top-performing associates.
