  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision making
  • Exceptional Communication skills for effective interaction with teams and clients
  • Customer Service skills to ensure satisfaction and build strong client relationships
  • Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or relevant software is preferred
  • Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field is preferred
