ON-THE-JOB TRAINEES / INTERNS (ACCOUNTING)

Location: 8990 Building, Negros Road, Cebu City (near Ayala Cebu)

Position Type: Internship/OJT; on-site

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
  • Support the reconciliation of bank statements and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist with processing tax filings.
  • Participate in budgeting and financial forecasting activities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Basic understanding of Accounting, principles.
