Job Description

As an Outbound Caller, you will connect with clients and prospects, secure retainer replenishments, reschedule missed appointments, and use persuasive communication to meet conversion goals while maintaining professionalism and accuracy in client records.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night shift, Weekends Off (Mon - Fri, 8 AM to 5 PM CST)

Work setup: Permanent WFH

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 2-4 years' experience
  • Outbound calling, sales, telemarketing, or collections experience required
  • Excellent command of English; articulate, clear, and confident phone presence
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Energetic, results-driven, and resilient in handling rejection
  • Comfortable working with performance metrics and quotas
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow firm processes while adapting to each conversation

Your Daily Tasks

  • Proactively call existing clients to collect balances and secure retainer replenishments.
  • Contact prospects who did not hire, missed appointments, or failed to set consultations, and work to reschedule them.
  • Use persuasive communication skills to turn "no" into "yes."
  • Maintain detailed call notes and update the client management system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion goals.
  • Represent the firm with a professional and confident demeanor.
