As our Occupational Health Manager, you will be at the forefront of our corporate clients' employee wellness and safety programs. You will be instrumental in providing expert medical oversight, managing complex health cases, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment for office-based professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert medical consultation and case management for employees, with a primary focus on managing chronic diseases (e.g., hypertension, diabetes) and promoting long-term wellness in an office setting.
  • Develop and lead evidence-based corporate wellness programs and health education initiatives aimed at preventing and managing chronic conditions prevalent among office workers.
  • Serve as the primary medical authority for complex health escalations, providing decisive advice and solutions to ensure patient safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with clients' HR departments by analyzing employee health data to identify chronic disease trends and provide strategic recommendations that improve workforce health and productivity.
  • Ensure all wellness programs and health recommendations comply with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a Registered Physician with an active PRC license.
  • Preferably with experience in corporate health, occupational medicine, family medicine, or internal medicine.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in patient consultation and health education.
  • Open to fresh board passers and experienced professionals.
