Company Overview:
As a major distributor in the beverage industry, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Territory Development Supervisor to lead and manage sales operations, route planning, and team performance within a defined market area. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on growth, compliance, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute sales development strategies for assigned area
- Lead and manage Pre-sellers, Route Salesmen, and Helpers
- Monitor KPIs: volume targets, route call completion, buying outlets, AR, and empties retrieval
- Ensure execution of trade marketing programs and sales campaigns
- Validate transactions, analyze reports, and recommend corrective actions
- Conduct regular route rides, sales coaching, and account verification
- Ensure compliance with company policies and team discipline
- Track team performance and maintain high morale and motivation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in FMCG sales, ideally in returnable glass business
- Strong leadership, route planning, and sales coaching experience
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales analytics
- Holder of professional driver's license (Codes 1 & 2)
