Oversees the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, ensuring all machinery, equipment, and facilities operate safely and efficiently. This role leads the engineering and maintenance team, develops preventive maintenance programs, and works closely with Operations, Production, and Quality teams to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the engineering and maintenance team.
  • Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Manage facilities, utilities, and coordination with external contractors.
  • Lead engineering projects, including CAPEX planning and equipment installations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and safety.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and support production operations.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
  • At least 5–8 years of relevant experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge in preventive maintenance, project management, and utilities.
  • Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or industrial operations preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • With PRC Engineer license is an advantage.
