Key Responsibilities:

  • Source top-tier tax and accounting talent across the Philippines to support Aline and its growth.
  • Build strategic pipelines of CPAs, accountants, and tax professionals who are ready to thrive in a global remote environment.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver candidates who exceed expectations.
  • Champion the candidate experience from first contact to final offer, ensuring every interaction reflects excellence and opportunity.
  • Drive recruitment campaigns that spotlight career growth, global impact, and professional development.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to offshore or international hiring.
  • Strong understanding of local labor market trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills in English.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Proven success in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding top talent in the Philippines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
