Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Contract Recruiter located in BGC TAGUIG CITY. The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles within the company. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing recruitment strategies, coordinating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, managing applicant tracking systems, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The recruiter will also work on maintaining a talent pipeline and helping to meet the company's recruitment goals.

  • Experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates
  • Ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies
  • Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems
  • Strong coordination and communication skills with hiring managers
  • Exceptional interview and candidate evaluation skills
  • Experience in managing a talent pipeline and meeting recruitment goals
  • Ability to maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
