Job Summary

We are looking for an MIS Staff member to help maintain and improve our company's software systems, web applications, and internal IT processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications (PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Assist in designing secure and scalable software solutions
  • Support system optimization, troubleshooting, and technical issues
  • Coordinate with departments to gather system requirements
  • Help manage IT projects and ensure timely delivery
  • Provide documentation and general IT support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3 years experience in software development
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience with Laravel, React, or is a plus
  • Familiarity with Python, C++, or databases like PostgreSQL/MongoDB is an advantage
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
  • Experience with Agile or project handling is a plus
