Agency Rewards and Incentives Specialist

Purpose of the Role
As the Agency Rewards and Incentives Specialist, you are tasked to be a dynamic and detail-oriented individual who will lead and assist in strategizing, planning, execution and evaluation of agency rewards and incentives programs. You are key to driving performance, engagement, and loyalty across our agency force by delivering high-impact recognition campaigns and performance-based incentives.
Responsibilities of the Role
Agency Rewards and Incentives Program Development and Execution
Timeliness and adherence to program timelines from planning to execution
Post-program satisfaction (meeting the number of qualifiers) and feedback rating from stakeholders (minimum 85%)
Performance Monitoring and Evaluations
Accuracy and timeliness of incentive tracking and reporting (monthly or campaign-based)
Improvement in performance metrics (e.g., ANP, productivity, active agents) during incentive periods
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
Number of agency engagements touchpoints related to rewards and incentives (e.g, presentations, roadshows, updates)
- Quality and clarity of program communications as measured by feedback or comprehension rate
Timely coordination and alignment with agency leaders and other support teams
Budget and Logistics Managements
Delivery of rewards/incentives within approved budget
- Timeliness of rewards distribution, disbursements of prizes and incentives fulfillment
Requirements for the Role
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales support, rewards and recognition, events management, or program implementation, preferably in the insurance and finance industry.
- Proven experience in managing incentive programs, contests and performance-based campaigns from end-to-end.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word); strong skills in excel for performance tracking and reporting
- Comfortable working with large datasets and generating actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to craft clear mechanics and program communication materials.
- Strong coordination skills to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Operations and Sales.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple timelines and deliverables.
- Must be proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented especially when dealing with logistics, budget concerns, or program changes.
- Experience with AI-driven adaptive learning technologies and data analysis for personalized training.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for content recommendation, automated assessment, and feedback.
