Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues related to products or services, and delivering accurate information in a courteous and professional manner. Communication will occur through various channels including phone, email, live chat, and in-person interactions—ensuring that each customer receives prompt, helpful, and respectful support.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent service at every touchpoint. You'll collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs efficiently. Key responsibilities include documenting interactions accurately, handling service requests, escalating complex issues to the right departments, and ensuring timely follow-up to ensure full resolution.

As a CSR, you'll be instrumental in building strong customer relationships, improving satisfaction, and supporting the overall success of the company. We're looking for team players who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting service standards and performance goals.


Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
