Key Responsibilities:

1. Front Office Operations Management

  • Oversee daily front office operations, including reception, concierge, reservations, and guest services.
  • Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes while maintaining accuracy in billing and room assignments.
  • Monitor and manage the front office workflow to maintain high service standards.

2. Staff Supervision and Development

  • Recruit, train, and evaluate front office staff performance.
  • Schedule shifts to ensure adequate staffing at all times.
  • Motivate and develop the team to provide exceptional guest service.

3. Guest Relations and Satisfaction

  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
  • Ensure all guests receive personalized attention and a welcoming experience.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as needed.

4. Coordination with Other Departments

  • Collaborate with housekeeping, reservations, food & beverage, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate guest requests and special requirements to relevant teams.

5. Financial and Administrative Duties

  • Monitor room inventory, occupancy, and revenue.
  • Ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and reporting of daily front office transactions.
  • Maintain records of guest data, reservations, and special requests.

6. Standards and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, appearance, and presentation at the front desk.
  • Implement and uphold service standards in line with hotel brand guidelines.

7. Technology and Systems Management

  • Manage Property Management Systems (PMS) and other front office software efficiently.
  • Ensure proper use of communication systems and technology to enhance guest service.
