Our partner is a forward-thinking land surveying company, who specializes in delivering cutting-edge, precise survey services for industries like real estate, construction, and infrastructure. We're looking for a Geodetic Project Researcher who will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, and delivering precise documentation for our clients.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work-In-Office (IBP Tower) set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Pull up public maps, take data, and save it to the specific network location.

● Research the following: Assessor Map, Utilities, Sewer, and Land Titles, and apply methods for automatically extracting data.

● Deliver research goals against the team's roadmap and ensure execution against the goals and timelines.

● Analyze and validate all survey data acquired by the client on the field.

● Conducts verification of lot titles, technical descriptions, lot data computations, lot descriptions, and all other survey documents.

● Preparation of verified survey returns, and other survey documents and reports used for titling, permits, and general requirements.

● Does research and mapping(using GIS)

● Data processing and analysis using various software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and Google Earth.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

● Must have a bachelor's degree in engineering.

● A professional License in Engineering is an advantage.

● Must have the ability to work independently as well as with multi-disciplinary teams.

● Familiar with various Engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, etc.

● Must be willing to work office-based: 1Nito Tower, Cebu City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php55,000.00 per month
