Responsibilities: Manage, maintain, review and update databases for research publications. Proactively gather data of their assigned asset class(es) Conduct property market analysis and forecast trends. Lead research publications for local clients and regional counterparts Prepare and generate in-depth market presentations and studies for clients, media and internal stakeholders. Respond to queries from both internal and external stakeholders regarding real estate/property updates. Update the team with analysis of domestic and global real estate market news and events. Conduct interviews for market updates when necessary Do fieldwork when necessary. Participates actively in KMC Savills activities such as corporate meetings, trainings, social affairs, and other company activities. Perform other related work that may be assigned by the Management. Educational requirements: Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s in Economics, Business Administration / Management, Business Economics, Finance, or Statistics A degree in Real Estate Management is an advantage. Desired Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills – articulate in explaining complex concepts and findings Accustomed or has practical knowledge in financial modeling and analysis (preferably in real estate) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines under minimal supervision Adaptable and flexible – enjoys working part of a team as well as independently Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required Qualifications: Must have at least 1 to 3 years in Real Estate (Project or Business Development), Equity Research, Banking / Finance, or other related experience Work experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
