Role Overview:

We're seeking a Community Engagement & Organic Marketing Manager to strengthen our cosmetics brand's online presence through SEO-driven growth and authentic community interaction. This hybrid role merges social media management, community building, and SEO execution to attract organic traffic and enhance visibility across multiple platforms. The right candidate will be passionate about beauty, analytics-minded, and skilled at creating engagement that converts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and grow brand presence on Facebook, engaging daily in beauty and skincare communities.
  • Develop compelling content strategies that boost organic traffic to our e-commerce platforms and brand website.
  • Implement SEO strategies—keyword targeting, backlink campaigns, and technical optimizations—to increase visibility.
  • Identify reputable beauty-related sites for backlink partnerships and purchase opportunities.
  • Build connections within online beauty spaces to enhance brand credibility and trust.
  • Manage and moderate community interactions to maintain an active, positive, and professional online voice.
  • Create content schedules and collaborate with internal teams for campaign alignment.
  • Track engagement analytics, organic reach, and performance KPIs to measure effectiveness.
  • Stay informed on beauty trends, keywords, and SEO best practices for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO and community marketing.
  • Prior experience with a beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle brand is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of social engagement techniques and organic growth methods.
  • Proficient in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.) and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent English writing, communication, and storytelling abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Amazon product visibility and organic ranking tactics.
Preferred Skills:
  • Background in influencer partnerships and outreach campaigns.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and content optimization.
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 3 PM EST (remote, 5 hours/day).
