Primelab Cosmetics Manufacturing Inc. is an FDA-licensed cosmetic manufacturer in the Philippines specializing in skincare, haircare, and personal care products. We partner with brands—from startups to established names—to create unique, science-based formulations and bring their products to life.

We're growing fast, and we're looking for a Sales & Marketing Senior Manager who understands the beauty industry and can lead strategies to expand our client base, strengthen partnerships, and position Primelab as the go-to cosmetic manufacturer in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead and grow the Sales & Marketing team with clear strategies and execution plans tailored to the cosmetics industry.


• Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to acquire new clients and maintain strong partnerships with existing beauty brands.


• Identify and pursue local and international business opportunities in cosmetic manufacturing.


• Collaborate closely with R&D, Regulatory, Production, and Supply Chain to align client needs with manufacturing capabilities.


• Drive marketing initiatives (digital, trade shows, events, brand campaigns) that strengthen Primelab's reputation as an innovation partner.


• Oversee product launches with clients, ensuring timely delivery and impactful go-to-market strategies.


• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of beauty industry trends.


• Report on KPIs, sales performance, and marketing ROI to the Management team.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is an advantage).


• At least 7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, or manufacturing industries.


• Strong background in B2B business development and account management.


• Proven success in achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.


• Familiarity with cosmetic product development and manufacturing processes is a big plus.


• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Passion for the beauty and personal care industry.
