Job Description:

As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. You'll play an essential role in delivering a memorable coffee experience to our customers every day.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages, including espresso drinks, lattes, cappuccinos, and more.
  • Operate and maintain coffee equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of coffee equipment, including regular cleaning and sanitation.
  • Provide excellent customer service, take orders, and help customers choose their ideal drinks.
  • Prepare food items (if applicable), handle cash transactions, and keep the work area organized.
  • Stay updated on new coffee trends and improve drink offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience operating coffee machines, espresso machines, and grinders to prepare both coffee and non-coffee beverages.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee beans, roasts, and flavor profiles, with the ability to recommend and craft drinks based on customer preferences.
  • Skilled in brewing techniques, creating latte art, and ensuring consistency in drink quality.
  • Ability to clean and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment to ensure hygiene and optimal performance.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
