JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage end-to-end cash forecasting, fund movements, and importation-related accounts payable.
  • Prepare and transmit remittance documents, bank reconciliations, cash forecasts, and cash flow reports.
  • Monitor importation settlements to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Ensure timely responses to communications, report submissions, and statutory requirements.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations and other finance activities.
  • Adapt to approved process changes while participating in training, development, and company activities.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and perform other related tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 2–3 years experience in Cash Management and Treasury
  • Background in General Accounting
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Familiarity with banking processes and procedures
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
