WORK CONDITIONS:

  • Work Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City 1634
  • Work Set-Up: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)

  • Work Schedule: Fixed Night Shift w/ Fixed Weekends Off

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • College Graduate or Completed 2 years in College (with no back subjects and with TOR)
    • Must have 1-year solid BPO experience handling international Inbound Healthcare Insurance Account (specifically experience with insurance, claims, benefits, and eligibility) handling any metrics driven international account. (Metrics: AHT, CSAT, QA)
    • No short stints
    • Strong communication skills
