AZURE (AVD) ENGINEER

Job Description 

We're hiring an Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Engineer with solid hands-on experience in AVD, Nerdio Manager, Intune, FSLogix, and Azure Storage. You'll design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade virtual desktop and endpoint environments in Azure.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Build and manage AVD host pools and golden images using Azure Compute Gallery 

• Configure Nerdio Manager for Enterprise (NME) for auto-scaling and cost optimization 

• Administer FSLogix profiles, Azure Files, and Azure NetApp Files 

• Manage Intune policies, compliance, and Autopilot provisioning 

• Automate with PowerShell, Bicep, or Terraform 

• Support and secure Windows 10/11 enterprise environments

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong experience in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) deployment and administration

  • Proficiency with Nerdio Manager for Enterprise or deep AVD expertise

  • Hands-on Microsoft Intune management

  • FSLogix administration experience

  • Knowledge of Azure Files / Azure NetApp Files

  • Windows 10/11 enterprise configuration and troubleshooting

Nice to Have: 

• Certifications: AZ-104, AZ-140, AZ-305, MD-102 

• Automation using PowerShell, Bicep, or Terraform 

• Experience in enterprise or MSP environments
