The Lead Generation Specialist plays a vital role in the sales and marketing ecosystem. This role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and qualifying potential leads to ensure that only viable opportunities are passed on to the sales team. Through structured communication, information gathering, and lead profiling, the Specialist ensures an efficient flow of high-quality prospects into the pipeline. The role acts as a bridge between marketing activities and sales execution, ensuring stronger alignment and more effective customer engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Social Science, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
Experience
Experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service is desirable.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Regional experience in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia is an advantage.
Key Objectives
Lead Qualification & Assessment
- Engage leads through phone, email, and other channels to assess their potential.
- Apply qualification criteria, including demographic fit, budget, needs, authority, and timing.
- Introduce CE Nexus solutions and build rapport to better understand pain points and opportunities.
Information Gathering & Evaluation
- Conduct structured questioning and active listening to gather relevant lead information.
- Score and prioritize leads based on predefined readiness and fit criteria.
- Evaluate customer needs and decision-making processes.
Pipeline Management & Collaboration
- Provide comprehensive lead profiles to Sales for effective follow-through.
- Encode accurate and complete lead information into the monitoring systems.
- Maintain database accuracy for seamless pipeline visibility.
Lead Nurturing & Process Optimization
- Implement nurturing strategies for leads not yet ready to convert.
- Track and report key metrics such as conversion rates and response times.
- Support continuous improvement of lead qualification and pipeline processes.
Other specific functions:
- Develop and apply criteria to qualify leads based on demographics, budget, needs, authority, and timing.
- Gather and encode accurate lead information into the monitoring boards. Conduct lead scoring to determine interest level, fit, and readiness.
- Provide strategic recommendations to support market development and customer acquisition.
- Track and report key performance indicators to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to support pipeline management and revenue goals. Conduct structured questioning and active listening to gather lead details.
- Implement lead nurturing programs for non-qualified leads.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and directives.
- Perform other tasks assigned by leadership as needed.
- Complying with all company policies, guidelines, and operational directives.
