Job Description:

  • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on boilers and other utility equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Monitor and operate plant utilities including steam systems, air compressors, water distribution systems, cooling systems, and standby generators.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and report mechanical or safety issues to supervisors; assist in repairs, servicing, and equipment improvement activities.
  • Keep accurate records of operational parameters, maintenance activities, and equipment condition.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company safety standards, including proper handling of tools and equipment.
  • Support utility-related projects, equipment installation, and facility upgrades as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Mechatronics or any equivalent Technical Course related to Industrial Plant Operation & Maintenance (Mechanical or Electrical).
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in boiler operation and other plant utilities, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge in operation and basic troubleshooting of utilities such as compressed air systems, water pumps, cooling towers, HVAC, generators, and wastewater treatment equipment is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong attention to detail and strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • Willing to be assigned in Valenzuela City.
