Qualifications:

  • Experience in Analytics (Monitoring and analysis of operations performance)

  • Background in ISO/Internal Audit Process

  • Process Mapping (Preparation and implementation of operating plan)

  • Relevant experience at least 1-3 years

  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)

  • Good written communication skills

  • Demonstrate leadership and decision-making skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Creates and distributes performance reports and supplies service-related input to the performance reports as required.

  • Leads in defining, managing, measuring, and meeting internal customers' expectations.

  • Meets the agreed-upon service levels, measuring service performance and recommending actions necessary to respond to problems or improve service.

  • Conducts the regular service level review process which includes the following:

1. Gathering data and preparing reports on service levels

2. Reviewing current performance and comparing SLAs and targets (KPIs)

3. Audit on process and manpower

4. Operational compliance
