Job Title: Quality Assurance Professional

An ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and be able to ensure the integrity of our products.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for performing quality assurance audits and ensuring that all products meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform quality assurance efforts on multiple application releases, monitor and document testing activities.
  2. Manage testing for application deployments and assign testing activities to the team.
  3. Satisfy release deliverables, project testing requirements, and other quality assurance responsibilities.
  4. Collaborate with the team to understand product changes and QA testing requirements to deal with issues/defects in a timely manner.
  5. Establish a testing feedback loop with other developers and team members.
  6. Create written documentation and procedures for application testing and compliance.
  7. Debug test environment, automate sprints, and develop testing scenarios.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems Technology.
  • Knowledge and Experience:
    • 2-3 years of related experience.
    • Ability to create and execute test plans across different test phases.
    • Ability to understand the business value of a system in order to create and execute detailed test scenarios.
    • Ability to create test reports and interpret them for future improvements.
    • QA experience with complex software applications and systems.
    • Basic experience in Test Automation.
    • Basic scripting experience using any of the following: Java, Python, JavaScript.
    • Experience in Agile development.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent analytical skills.
    • Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
    • Flexible, team-player, and detail-oriented.
