Position Summary:
The IT Specialist (Integration) ensures that various systems, applications, and technologies within the organization work seamlessly together. This role is critical in building robust integrations, enabling smooth data flow, and supporting automation initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Integration: Design and implement solutions that enable communication and data exchange between IT systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, telephony, cloud services).
• Middleware Management: Utilize APIs, web services, or middleware platforms (e.g., Zapier, Airtable) to connect systems.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams (network, security, developers) to resolve them.
• Automation: Develop scripts or workflows to streamline data exchange and business processes.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for integration solutions and processes

Technical Skills Often Required

• Strong understanding of API integration
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft 365, etc.).
• Experience with integration platforms

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

• Relevant certifications or training in integration, networking, or cloud technologies.
