Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Engineering course.
  • Preferably with 5 years of experience specializing in maintenance or repair of facilities and machinery or equivalent.
  • Knowledgeable in mechanical & technical engineering.
  • With a valid driver's license.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the smooth day to day safety operation and maintenance of all warehouse facility, equipment, and its surroundings;
  • Report to the maintenance personnel of the operators or supervisors who needed the services;
  • Assist the material controller of the raw materials in releasing and accepting borrowed tools and releasing of raw materials;
  • Collect and check the daily checklist of all machines in the need of the month, then file it in the Machine History File;
  • Record monthly preventive maintenance of machines and prepare monthly report;
  • Prepare necessary documentation as required by the operations;
  • Perform daily maintenance and servicing requirements of the assigned vehicle such as but not limited to checkup of engine oil level, radiator water level, brake fluid level, tire maintenance and greasing;
  • Responsible for all the maintenance and cleaning of the assigned vehicle;
  • Perform emergency roadside repairs such as changing tires, installing light bulbs, fuses, chains, spark plugs and related equipment;
  • Assist in the repair works of the vehicles;
  • Perform day-to-day logistics related activities to ensure safe and timely delivery of items ordered;
  • Analyze off take of fast-moving construction materials and provide recommendation on inventory control;
  • In charge of vehicles, tools and equipment, materials and safety devices maintenance and storage;
  • Implement safety procedures inside the area; and
  • Perform a variety of marginal duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as needed.
