About the Role

We're looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Representative to join our expanding team in the Philippine market. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our customer acquisition and retention efforts, executing targeted sales strategies via calls, face-to-face outreach, online communities, and partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new users and re-engage inactive customers through direct outreach, events, online channels, and community partnerships
  • Execute cross-selling and promotional strategies to drive higher order values and repeat transactions
  • Follow up proactively with leads to shorten the sales cycle and increase conversions
  • Use CRM and sales tools to accurately log customer data and report on pipeline progress
  • Collaborate closely with customer service, operations, and marketing to ensure an excellent end-to-end customer experience
  • Collect and report customer feedback to continuously optimize sales strategy
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs, including conversion, retention, and revenue goals
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or higher; preferred fields include Marketing, Business, or Sales
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, BPO, or customer-facing roles (iGaming, internet, or fintech industry experience is a plus)
  • Proven experience in at least one of the following: telesales, field sales, or online community marketing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to meet targets
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Language Requirement: Fluent in English and Tagalog
  • Nationality Requirement: Filipino
