What You'll Be Doing
Be part of our client's team as a Marketing Campaign Operations Associate where you will strengthen campaign infrastructure, optimize Salesforce integrations, build insightful dashboards, and ensure operational excellence that supports smarter, faster, and more effective global marketing initiatives.

What You'll Bring to the Team
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or email campaign operations
- Experience with campaign QA processes or data hygiene initiatives
- Knowledge of Marketo or comparable Marketing Automation system
- Familiarity with Salesforce campaign management or other CRM/automation integrations
- Comfort working with marketing performance data and dashboards
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Your Core Responsibilities
Campaign Infrastructure Innovation & Optimization
- Maintain and improve Marketo campaign infrastructure (program templates, folder structures, naming conventions) to support scalable and efficient execution
Salesforce Campaign Integration
- Manage and optimize Salesforce campaign creation and synchronization
- Ensure accurate attribution, lead flow, and performance tracking between systems
Marketing Performance Reporting
- Create and maintain campaign reporting dashboards
- Provide actionable insights to drive smarter decisions and continuous improvement
- Apply knowledge of B2B marketing funnels, campaign metrics, and lead nurturing strategies
Process Innovation
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives
- Enhance segmentation and program architecture to improve efficiency, performance, and data integrity
Audience Segmentation & Data Management Support
- Support the creation and QA of campaign audiences in Marketo
- Ensure accuracy, strategic alignment, and compliance with standards
Campaign QA & Governance
- Perform QA checks across program templates, workflows, and data flows
- Maintain high standards of operational excellence
Best Practice Enforcement
- Define and enforce best practices in campaign setup, lead lifecycle management, tracking, and reporting
- Ensure consistency across marketing programs
Documentation & Enablement
- Maintain and update internal documentation, process guides, and templates
- Support onboarding and enablement of new team members and marketers
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams
- Align campaign operations infrastructure with go-to-market strategies and business goals
