Job Title: Project ManagerThe Project Manager's primary responsibility is to be the main point of contact for our clients who have purchased our AgentPro, Semi-Custom, ImagineStudio, and True Custom website products. Responsibilities IncludeAssist clients through the website production process until their website is launched. Act as the bridge between clients and the development team.

Ensure the project remains within scope and timeline. Report project progress regularly to clients and management. Proactively suggest improvements for clients' online presence based on industry best practices.

Manage website projects in production while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Track web project issues and drive resolution. Create project status reports and deliver updates to clients and managers.

Understand clients' goals and provide expert advice to achieve them. Ensure clients receive necessary services to meet their business objectives. Support internal and client projects.

Coordinate with the Los Angeles office via phone and email. Anticipate project errors before clients contact support or sales. Ensure successful project launches with minimal revisions.

Review websites proactively for issues and revisions. Establish smooth communication between clients and the development team to meet or exceed expectations. Maintain a low number of escalations, ideally no more than one valid escalation per trimester.

Manage weekly contact status updates, including zeroing out non-contacts. Complete and pass Advanced IDX training. Minimum QualificationsExperience in project management or handling multiple clients.

Background in art and design is a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills in English with a neutral North American accent. At least 1 year of customer support experience servicing U.S./North American clients.

Experience with internet-related products such as web hosting and web design. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Goal-oriented and detail-focused. Positive attitude and team player. Knowledge of Salesforce and WordPress is a plus.
