PERFORMANCE TESTER COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Testing: Design, develop, execute, and analyze performance tests of enterprise-level applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test objectives, scenarios, and success criteria

• Performance Monitoring: Establish performance monitoring strategies using New Relic to continuously monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks. Generate reports (e.g. dashboards) and provide recommendations for improvements

• Load and Stress Testing: Conduct Load and Stress tests using LoadRunner to assess system behavior under user loads for Web UX, API, and database.

• Performance Tuning: Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify performance bottlenecks, recommend optimizations, and implement performance tuning strategies.

• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare test plans, test scripts, and perf testing reports including findings, recommendations and performance improvement strategies.

Educational Background:

• Graduate of Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer engineering or any related degree.

• The primary responsibility of the Performance Tester Compliance Manager will be to assess, enhance the performance, scalability, and stability of our systems thru load testing, performance monitoring, tuning and optimization using tools such as Microfocus Load Runner, Azure Application Insights, and New Relic. We need an expert in designing test loads including scenario selection, test data prep, execution, and reporting in an enterprise-level application (Web UX, API, Database) as well.

Required Experience:

• Teamwork –to work with colleagues to achieve targets and objectives.

• Ability to work under pressure, remains calm, is objective and controlled in responding to urgent or demanding situations. Maintains effective performance against strict deadlines

• 6 to 8 years or more year of experience in test automation

• At least 8 years' experience using LoadRunner with the following protocols - HTTP/HTML, Web Services, Truclient Protocol, API

• At least 3 years' experience using New Relic (strong experience working with NRQL, Dashboard, Apdex, Error Inbox)

• At least 3 years' experience using Azure Application Insights (strong experience working on Failures, Performance, Application Dashboard, Performance Debugging and Tuning) with KQL

• Strong experience (SME Level) on:

- Requirements Gathering

- Defining Scenario

- Scripting

- Reporting

- Performance Analysis

- Performance Tuning
