About the role

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic call centre team as Call Centre Agents. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or those with limited experience to kick-start their careers in the customer service industry. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively
  3. Providing accurate information about our products and services
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Adhering to call centre protocols and procedures
  6. Collaborating with team members to ensure a positive customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Fresh graduates or individuals with limited customer service experience
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and provide clear, friendly responses
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. A positive, patient, and professional attitude
  6. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
