Messenger/Collector

JOB OBJECTIVE

Messenger / Collector is generally responsible for the following :

• Representing the company in performing authorized business transactions with different offices;
• Collecting documents, checks and packages from predetermined locations and transporting these to the people for which they are intended.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Processes various transactions such as but not limited to the following : bank transactions, payroll account opening, BIR filing and payment, and analogous transactions;
• Conducts collection per approved itinerary;
• Issues collection receipt and secure necessary documents from clients;
• Plans routes prior going for efficient utilization of time, transpo and other resources;
• Ensures success / accomplishment of each transaction:
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• With at least 1 year of related experience;
• Physically fit;
• Can drive motorcycles, with valid driver's license;
• Willing to do heavy field works in company's area of operations;
• Well-versed in Laguna Area and South NCR;
• Can handle multiple transactions and work in fast-paced environment;
• With good communication and time-management skills;
• With unquestionable integrity.
