Banral Drafting Services is looking for Experienced Joinery Draftsperson to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Communicate with our Australian counterpart team and provide accurate and comprehensive project specific estimates of cabinetry/joinery using company specific software.
  • Candidate should be organized, detail-oriented and capable of handling and processing large quantities of data accurately and effectively.
  • Track team and individual performance, provide feedback and coaching, conduct evaluations, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and help the team overcome obstacles
  • Train new employees and support the professional development of existing team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret architectural drawings, plans and specifications
  • Establish compatible cabinetry layouts and designs for different locations and range of projects
  • Provide accurate estimations according to each individual project requirements
  • Create and manage project data accurately and independently through company specific software (Training on how to manage applications will be provided)
  • Customize software templates and reports to meet specific project requirements.
  • Accurate data entry and efficient data management
  • Discuss concerns verbally and in writing with Australian counterparts
  • Develop and provide solutions whenever issues arise
  • Analyze trend by different builders
  • Compile and record a database for future reference
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 5 years' experience in cabinetry & joinery
  • At least 2 years of experience and proficiency in joinery software (CabinetVision, Microvellum, Pytha, Imos, iX, etc.)
  • Have a strong understanding of the database structure within the software, including the relationships between parts, materials, and assembly processes.
  • Has worked with Australian clients and knowledgeable with Australian Cabinetry standards
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural documents
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel spreadsheet and data management
  • Dependable with leadership and management skills
  • Ability to coordinate with team and work independently
  • Excellent English communication skills, well-spoken, fluent (verbal and written)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 6am to 3:30pm
  • Friday: 6am to 12:30pm

Office Base: Emerald ave. Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,000.00 – Php60,000.00 per month
