We're Hiring: Geodetic Engineer

Location: Onsite – Cainta, Rizal; Field-based (depends on project location)

Work Schedule:
• Office-based – 5 days/week
• Field-based – 6 days/week (depends on project requirements)

About the Role

We are looking for a Geodetic Engineer who will plan, organize, and lead surveying activities to ensure accurate data collection and deliverables for our projects. This is a hands-on, field-based role that requires both technical expertise and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the geodetic surveying team.

  • Conduct surveys to determine exact positions, elevations, lines, areas, volumes, and contours of land features.

  • Collect and validate survey data using equipment (total station, GPS, level, etc.).

  • Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments.

  • Analyze and interpret survey data, ensuring compliance with project specs and geodetic standards.

  • Verify accuracy of mathematical calculations related to survey work.

  • Prepare survey plans, drawings, and technical documents.- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders on survey findings and project status.

  • Support project management tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and progress monitoring.

  • Identify and resolve potential survey issues proactively.

  • Submit weekly progress reports and deliver outputs on time.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Perform other related duties as needed for project success.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Geodetic Engineer or Civil Engineer

  • Fresh graduates are welcome; 2+ years of relevant experience preferred

  • Proficient in using surveying equipment (total station, GPS, level, etc.)

  • Skilled in AutoCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong leadership and communication skills for managing a survey team

  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Willing to work outdoors and travel frequently to various project sites
