Purpose:

Responsible for overseeing the preparation, submission, and management of bids and proposals for the company's products or services.

This role involves collaborating with various internal departments, managing the entire bidding process, and ensuring compliance with client requirements.

Job Description:

  • Manage the entire bidding and tendering process for the organization, including identifying opportunities, preparing bid documents, and submitting proposals.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather technical and financial information required for bidding and tender submissions.
  • Review and analyze bid requirements, ensuring compliance with specifications and deadlines.
  • Develop and implement bid strategies to increase the company's chances of winning contracts.
  • Prepare and present bid proposals to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of bidding documents, contracts, and related information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of training and hands – on experience in the actual operation
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in bid management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of contractual terms, pricing strategies, and procurement processes.

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
