Responsibilities: Managing Sponsored Ad campaigns: track performance, modify keywords and bids in real time to maximize ROI. Optimizing brand presence: create and oversee Brand Stores and Landing Pages to improve brand awareness and customer engagement. Providing day-to-day account support: product images, listing creation and optimization, daily stock feed uploads, price adjustments, compliance checks, issue resolution. Monitoring retail analytics: analyze data to identify opportunities for growing traffic and conversion; report on SKU and brand market trends. Collaborating with Brand Managers: liaison to resolve listing suppressions quickly and effectively. Supporting marketing efforts: assist with management and implementation of eCommerce marketing assets. What You Need Non-negotiables: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). Experience in digital and e-commerce marketing, client care, or administration. Ideal but not mandatory: Experience with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central and Shopify; familiarity with Google Analytics.
