We're looking for a
Customer Success Manager
to lead a high-performing customer service team for one of our eCommerce clients. If you're passionate about people, operations, and delivering an excellent customer experience, this role might be for you.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and mentor Team Leaders and Customer Service Representatives
  • Drive performance across CSAT, AHT, FCR, and service levels
  • Analyze quality trends, coach teams, and reduce defects
  • Create and roll out training programs that actually stick
  • Strengthen relationships with client stakeholders through regular touchpoints
  • Support workforce planning, attendance, and engagement initiatives
  • Ensure billing, timesheets, and reporting are accurate and on time
  • Partner with HR on performance reviews and employee development
