Responsible for managing all costs related to construction projects — from initial estimates to final figures — while ensuring value for money and project quality. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site and in coordination with engineers, architects, and contractors.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans for construction projects
• Evaluate tender documents and assist in bid analysis and recommendations
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure they stay within budget
• Conduct quantity take-offs, measurements, and valuations from drawings and site inspections
• Manage procurement processes, including preparing contracts and reviewing supplier bids
• Track changes to the design or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
• Conduct cost comparisons and financial reporting throughout the project cycle
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure efficient project delivery
• Assist in dispute resolution and claims assessment when required
• Prepare progress reports and final accounts for completed projects

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Willing to work on-site and travel within the region as required
