Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Float Health Full time $8,000 - $40,000 per year
About Float

Float Health is building the marketplace for specialty pharmacy. Our mission is to make healthcare safer, easier, and more efficient by moving all care that doesn't need a hospital to the home.

Float connects nurses with patients so they can get treatments for their chronic conditions in the home rather than going into the overcrowded hospital. The model is unique in that all stakeholders benefit - patients get more convenient care, nurses get access to flexible work for better pay on their days off, pharmacies fill more prescriptions, impacted hospitals reduce admission for loss-leading low reimbursement patients, and payors enjoy 12x reduced costs when care is delivered at home.

Our patients are largely chronic, requiring regular treatments to sustain their quality of life. Nurses are burnt out with hectic hospital shifts and love that our platform allows them the flexibility and autonomy to create their own schedules. Providers want reliability, quality, and minimal effort to find nurses for their prescriptions.

Float is a fast-growing startup. We've successfully facilitated over 70,000 patient visits and are now scaling our platform, team, and operations to serve more geographies and patients.

The Role

The Nurse Credentialing Coordinator will support the Onboarding and Credentialing Team in maintaining and enforcing regulatory and contractual compliance standards for Float Health. This position ensures that all documentation, certifications, and policies are up-to-date and aligns with legal, industry, and partner pharmacy requirements.

You'll work closely with different stakeholders, including but not limited to the members of the Onboarding and Credentialing Team, other internal teams, independent nurse contractors, and external partners to streamline processes and maintain a high standard of compliance across all operations.

You're a strong culture fit for this role if you are someone who demonstrates a bias toward thoughtful action, designs and builds with the bigger system in mind, and can self-direct while knowing when to ask for help and make decisions. You're humble, adaptable, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves to take on all kinds of work in support of our ever-evolving start-up life.
