About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Nurse to join our team at R-II Builders Inc.'. As a Project Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services to our construction workers on-site. This is a full-time position based in Manila City, Metro Manila, offering competitive pay and excellent benefits.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering primary medical care and first aid to workers on construction sites
  • Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinating with project managers and clients to address any healthcare concerns or incidents
  • Organising and conducting health and safety training sessions for construction crews
  • Collaborating with the wider healthcare team to provide holistic support to workers
  • Monitoring and reporting on the overall health and wellbeing of the construction workforce

What We're Looking For

  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • With OHNAP or BOSH for Nurses
  • Willing to be assigned in project sites
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to provide effective medical treatment in an emergency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with workers, managers, and healthcare providers
  • Proficient in using medical equipment and maintaining accurate records
  • Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic construction environment
  • Passionate about promoting health, safety, and wellbeing in the workplace
