THE MISSION

WHAT YOU'LL DRIVE
1. Sales & Growth
  • Lead daily sales: outreach, follow-ups, tours, trials.
  • Hit monthly targets for memberships & PT.
  • Build walk-in traffic, referrals, and community presence.
2. Team Leadership
  • Recruit, train, and rate staff using the S-Level system.
  • Run daily huddles, weekly 1:1s, and monthly reviews.
  • Address underperformance immediately.
3. Operations Execution
  • Run opening, shift, and closing SOPs like a tight kitchen.
  • Optimize staffing — no excess, no gaps.
  • Zero tolerance for dirt, downtime, or guesswork.
4. Financial & KPI Ownership
  • Manage P&L levers, petty cash, staffing ratios, upsells.
  • Track KPIs: leads, trials, A1/A2, churn, retention, NPS.
  • Coordinate with Finance on reporting and payroll.
