The ideal candidate is hands-on — equally comfortable in strategic ideation, campaign management, field marketing, and brand execution. They will work closely with operations, creative, and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful results across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing & Campaign Development

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute marketing campaigns for restaurant brands, new product launches, promos, and seasonal activations.

  • Lead ideation sessions to develop creative and data-driven concepts that resonate with target audiences.

  • Ensure all marketing initiatives align with brand identity, business objectives, and overall corporate strategy.

  • Develop compelling content briefs and coordinate with creatives, content producers, and external agencies.

2. Market Research & Data Analysis

  • Conduct market and consumer research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities within the F&B sector.

  • Gather and analyze sales data, customer insights, and feedback to refine campaign strategies.

  • Prepare post-campaign evaluation reports to measure ROI and performance against key metrics.

3. Brand Building & Growth

  • Build and maintain brand equity by developing campaigns that strengthen brand presence and recall.

  • Execute programs that position the brand as a household name and a preferred choice among consumers.

  • Collaborate with the Operations and PR teams for cross-promotional partnerships and brand collaborations.

4. Field Work & Activation

  • Conduct on-ground marketing activities such as store launches, product sampling, event partnerships, and customer engagements.

  • Monitor marketing collaterals, signage, and point-of-sale materials to ensure brand consistency.

  • Document and report on event performance and customer engagement outcomes.

5. Digital & Traditional Marketing Management

  • Work with internal and external teams to implement digital campaigns (social media, paid ads, influencers) and offline campaigns (print, radio, OOH).

  • Oversee the creation of digital content and coordinate with content producers for visual materials.

  • Utilize analytics tools to track digital performance and optimize content strategies.

6. Collaboration & Project Management

  • Coordinate with multiple departments (Operations, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain) to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Manage marketing timelines, budgets, and vendor relations.

  • Maintain alignment between creative outputs and operational realities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the food and beverage, hospitality, or retail industries.

  • Strong understanding of branding, campaign management, digital marketing, PR, and customer engagement.

  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).

  • Working knowledge of design and content tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms) is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills; capable of multitasking and working under tight deadlines.

  • Strategic thinker, results-oriented, and highly adaptable to fast-paced environments.

  • Willing to travel for fieldwork, branch visits, and activations.
