The Role

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in building and scaling the platform from the ground up. This is a hands-on role that combines backend engineering, API design, and mobile development. You'll collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver features that power real-time communication and community-driven experiences.

You'll own projects end-to-end — from shaping data models and optimizing backend performance to crafting seamless, responsive mobile experiences that delight users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain end-to-end features across the stack using TypeScript, , Prisma, and React Native.

  • Implement and optimize real-time communication features ensuring performance and scalability.

  • Design and maintain type-safe APIs and Postgres database schemas with a focus on reliability and data integrity.

  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate ideas into elegant, high-performing user experiences.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, with strong attention to performance and developer experience.

  • Participate in code reviews, CI/CD processes, and help shape engineering best practices.

  • Contribute to technical architecture decisions and mentor other engineers.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.

  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and .

  • Hands-on experience with React Native and mobile app development.

  • Familiarity with Prisma, Postgres, and modern backend frameworks.

  • Experience building real-time applications using WebSockets or similar technologies.

  • Understanding of type safety, CI/CD, and scalable system design.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team.

  • Passion for clean architecture, data-driven decisions, and delivering impactful products.
