About the Role

We are looking for a skilled
Mac Systems Administrator with strong JAMF Pro expertise
to manage Apple device deployments, maintain endpoint security, and support enterprise Mac environments. This role will work closely with global IT teams to deliver stable, secure, and efficient Apple device operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Package and deploy software, security patches, and hotfixes using
    JAMF Pro
    .
  • Maintain and update
    JAMF documentation
    , processes, and environment health.
  • Configure
    Extension Attributes, scripts, and JAMF Policies
    for deployments.
  • Provide advanced Mac troubleshooting through
    remote tools
    (phone, chat, email).
  • Prepare and deliver
    JAMF SLA, compliance, and saturation reports
    .
  • Install and configure software following
    ETLA guidelines
    and
    ITIL processes
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex desktop and infrastructure issues.
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations via the
    ticketing system
    .

Requirements

  • 5+ years
    of experience supporting and managing
    macOS (11–15.7)
    and Apple hardware.
  • Strong knowledge of current Apple devices (iMac, Mac Pro, Mac Mini, MacBook, Apple TV, etc.).
  • Expertise in
    JAMF Pro
    , Mac imaging, deployment tools, and configuration security.
  • Experience integrating macOS systems with
    Windows Active Directory
    .
  • Scripting skills
    (bash or Python preferred).
  • Familiarity with
    ServiceNow
    or similar ITSM/ticketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of
    FileVault 2
    , VMware Fusion, and common Mac applications.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including graveyard schedules and occasional weekends.
  • Apple certification
    preferred;
    JAMF certification
    is a strong plus.
